WITH THE PRACTICE ?
Anyone with a permanent
address residing within our practice area can register at the surgery. In order
to register please bring your NHS medical card with you. If you do not have your
medical card the receptionist can give you a registration form. All patients registering
will be asked to have an appointment with the practice nurse for a health check.
