HOURS
All surgeries are
booked by appointment and the times for the individual doctors are shown below.
All patients who require to be seen the same day will always be seen, during
or after the booked surgeries, but not always by the doctor of their choice.
All patients may see any doctor in the practice, not necessarily the one that
they are registered with. All appointments are of 10 minutes' duration. If you
feel that you need a longer consultation please inform the receptionist at time
of booking. Due to the increased demand for appointments it is important
that you cancel any appointments you may have booked but do not need in plenty
of time so that we can offer these to someone else.

Please ring 0845 072 4686. This is a single access number which will automatically
direct you to our out-of-hours cover provider in one phone call. Alternatively,
you can ring 0121 472 0187 which will direct you to our answer machine which
will give you the number to ring for our out-of-hours cover provider.
ACCESS
FOR THE DISABLED
We have a ramp for wheelchair access to the front door. Everything is on one level
and we have good toilet facilities for the disabled.
